Two Horse Privacy Policy

This page explains what information the Two Horse app processes, why, and what your rights are. Questions: twohorse.support@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you give it, your name. If you sign in with Google, your Google account ID and email.
• Password: never stored in plain text; only a one-way secure hash is kept.
• Membership: your plan (Free, Gold, Premium), your trial period and your Google Play subscription record. Card and payment details stay with Google and never reach us.
• In-app usage: how many coupons you built and questions you asked today, for the daily limits, and the coupons you save to "My coupons". Question texts are not stored.
• Password reset: a hash of a reset code that is valid for 15 minutes and deleted once used.

The app shows no ads, uses no advertising or analytics trackers, and does not access phone data such as location or contacts.

Why we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and let you reset your password.
• To apply your plan and daily limits and to verify your subscription with Google Play.
• To answer support requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We use these providers to run the service:

• Cloudflare: servers, database, email delivery and the AI that answers "Ask AI" questions.
• Google: Google sign-in and subscription payments through Google Play.

These providers may process data on servers outside Turkey.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, your account details, coupons and usage records are deleted. To stop the free trial from being reused with the same email, only a one-way hash of the email is kept. Payment records at Google Play are kept under Google's own rules.

Your rights

Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698, Article 11) you can ask whether your data is processed and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to twohorse.support@gmail.com. You can also delete your account in the app: Account deletion.

Important

Two Horse is for people aged 18 and over. The app takes no bets and does not link to betting sites; its predictions are not betting advice.
